Rentals Are Available At The Sponsored Hotel. There Is A 20% Discount On All Rental Equipment.
BROWN SUGAR BRUNCH:
Anyone Attending Brown Sugar Brunch. Entry Is included In Ticket Price. You Will Select From A Menu And Pay For Your Food At The Event.
TRANSPORTATION:
Round Trip Transportation Is Available From The Reno Airport To Hotel. Trip Takes Approx. 1Hr 15Mins Please Plan Accordingly.

EVENT WRISTBANDS
Event wristbands are required to participate in all event/activities created by Brown Sugar Ski Weekend. Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire duration of Brown Sugar Ski Weekend.
If lodging was purchased outside of Brown Sugar Ski Weekend, a limited number of wristbands are available based on capacity limitations with priority given to those that booked with the event.
Wristband cost = $300 PER PERSON
Please Note:
Guest are responsible for making accurate registrations by not booking rooms prior to making their job and travel arrangements, or have confirmed their roommate(s). Due to deposits being non-refundable, please sign up only when you have worked out all your travel arrangements to attend the trip, and you have confirmed that your roommate(s) are able to attend. This will avoid unforeseen cancellation and loss of your deposit.
